Yesterday I had severe constipation cum stomach ulcer.. I cant walk.. All i can do is maoned and screamed the pain out as loud as i could as though im in labour ward. For One week the food that i ate didnt passed out.. It cramped up my intestine causing me to get bloated up easily every meal. That explained why i had no appetite to eat lately.. No choice have to visit the doctor or it may get worse..
Im in pain yet his remarks makes me angry.. He told me to set my mind to go to the toilet after every meal. So called toilet-trained myself.. Am i a puppy or wat???!! Err... He also told me to eat more wholemeal bread and less on the white one..
I lost count on the no. of toilet visits i made after i ate the medicine.. Its a bleeding sia...

At 4 i took a shower and get dressed to meet Hirduwan at Tampines cos he took a bus from Changi Village and allighted at Tampines.. I need a thumbdrive so he borrowed me his till i get my own..haha....As usual im late...Nevermind, let him wait..lolx..
We took awesome photos in the train before we went home in our separate ways..LOVE you Hirduwan!!!!!!
