Today Aunt Rina, Cousin Alif and I went to Bugis and combed the Malay Streets. From Arab St to Busorah St and lastly end up at Haji Lane. haha.. But that wasn't the initial plan. Rina and I planned to meet at Lot1 to catch up on old days and at the same time had lunch together. As Father's Day is nearing, I thought of organising a BIG Pot Luck gathering at East Coast Park next week. With her help, I hope we can disseminate the news fast and extend our invitation to my Uncle Ahmad and Uncle Zainal. However, out of the blues, we received message from Alif and he decided to tagged along. Ohh well..The more the merrier..hehe.. We were busy enjoying ourselves that i totally forgot to share my plan with them. Damn! Fret not, there is still weekdays.. hehe...

Alif left earlier, leaving Rina and I to tittle-tattle and mongor about our dearest Aunt M and her never-ending emotional story. Hah. Then Rina and I went down to IMM. We each took turn to pour out under laying problems while indulged in Hokaido Cookies and Cream and Green Tea ice creams. Since Im not a big fan of ice cream, my reaction towards tasting the Green Tea flavour was comical. It taste like Wasabi liao.. Eee.. but Rina managed to finish everything. *applause* Below are some of the photos taken today. =)

First and foremost Happy Belated 28th Birthday Suganthi. May happiness and abundance of love and wealth be upon you. Amin. haha.. Ok Yesterday, we had visitors from Australia coming down to our centre. Its surprising to know that one of them knew how to speak mandarin. So Tina (Chinese Instructor) interact with her throughout the whole meet and greet session. Unfortunately I didnt get the chance to talk to them cos I have students to attend to. Sob. But before they make their move, each of us were given an Aussie Kangaroo plush as a token of appreciation. Aww.. so sweet of them. We look forward to meet you ladies again.

'More of me and less of you'- thats my motto this week. Hah, having much thought and finally came to a decision. wee..weee.. Im flattered.

Hmm..yesterday after work, 2 of my colleagues Musa and Shikin and together we went down to catch a movie, Monster Vs Alien. The previous movie (Drag Me To Hell) I rated 8/10 cos it was beyond my liking. Unlike this one, the storyline was abit tedious and ho-hum so i rated it 6/10 but there's some scenes that tickles me. After which we had our dinner at the banquet and do some window shopping. More things are added to my wish list. Bags, shoe, accessories you name it. I want it all!!! I can say my pocket will wear off soon in a matter of days. Wahhhh.... I cant help it. When Im stress out, the only remedy is to shop till you drop.. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME, PLEASE!!!! Refrain me from buying unnecessary stuffs. Its unhealthy to overspend. Hiisssssh.....

Alright then... its time to get back on track. Musa, Shikin and I circling around the shopping mall aimlessly without looking at the time. Its going to be midnight soon in a couple of hours time. So before we sat sailed on our voyages back home, we took some snap shots....
Enjoy our Nong nong photos..!!!

Ps: Im still not done with my shopping yet. I need company. Anyone want to join me this weekend??

Today I went to catch a movie titled ‘drag me to hell’ with Alvin, Jufri and Siti. Hopefully I get their names right. Lolx. I strongly advise and warn those faint-hearted not to watch it as it contain lots and lots and I mean LOTS of gruesome yet staggering scenes.

Sam Raimi (Spiderman) directs Drag Me to Hell, a horror story about a young woman relentless journey to break a curse. Those horror movie goers should love this cos it will definitely send chills down to your spine and whenever you wore any clothes with buttons on it, you will remember Mrs Ganush.

Synopsis:

In Pasadena, California in 1969, a young Mexican couple rushes to the home of medium Shaun San Dena (Flor de Maria Chahua). Their son had stolen jewelry from a group of Gypsies three days prior, and since then, has been complaining of seeing and hearing things not of this earth. San Dena tries to help the boy in a seance, but she and the boy's parents can only watch in horror as the boy is thrown from the balcony by an unseen force before being pulled into Hell by demonic hands.

Forty years later, Christine Brown (Alison Lohman), a loan officer at a local bank, hopes to be promoted to assistant manager over her conniving co-worker, Stu Rubin (Reggie Lee). Christine's boss, Mr. Jacks (David Paymer), advises her that she needs to demonstrate that she can make tough decisions when she needs to. That day, Mrs. Ganush (Lorna Raver), an elderly gypsy woman, asks for a third extension on her mortgage because she is struggling with economic problems due to an illness. To prove herself to Mr. Jacks, Christine, against her better judgment, denies Mrs. Ganush the extension. In desperation, Mrs. Ganush prostrates herself before Christine, begging and kissing the hem of her skirt. Christine panics and shoves the woman away, shaming her in public. As security guards escort Mrs. Ganush out, Mr. Jacks compliments Christine on how she handled the situation and implies that if she can close another big loan, the assistant manager position will be hers.

That night Christine is attacked in her car by Mrs. Ganush. After a violent struggle, Mrs. Ganush removes a button from Christine's jacket and uses it to place a curse on her. Mrs. Ganush disappears, leaving the cursed button with Christine. Later, Christine's boyfriend, college professor Clay Dalton (Justin Long), takes her to a coffee shop to comfort her. On the way home, they pass a fortune teller's store, and Christine insists they go in. There, they meet the fortune teller Rham Jas (Dileep Rao), who tells Christine that she has a dark spirit upon her. Watch it to know more........

Ps: I'm stop hoping for you to come back.

What a hectic and exhausting day I had yesterday. After work, dashed straight to Siling Sec for their Speech Day training and then in the evening, meet up with Alvin and Zal for Npcc matters. Wah!.. I can say my day was preoccupied. Yet I forgot to upload Yuzir’s ‘Father Abraham’ video. I’m still waiting for the video to be sent to me. What’s the hold up?? Haha.

Our focus for the solid 3 hours (10th June) is mainly parade procedures for Speech Day but I make a little changed to it. For the last one hour, we had sing-a-long session together. As their UG camp is just around the corner, why not teach the sec1s some campfire song. At least they did learn something new. And together, they can all make the campfire a memorable one. But yesterday’s training was much stricter as we are all in uniforms. Lolx. Yet we met our objectives. To have a fun and engaging training. *frenzied applause*

Like I say, I rather keep myself occupied with on-going activities than lay back and rest. It will result me being so reserved and accentuate much over discretionary problems. The best person to confide all your worries to is none other than your friends. So a dear friend of mine comforted me instead. He gave me handful of advice and suggestions to revive my thoughts. Thank you, friend, truly appreciate that. There I go again, being effusive about it. Haiz. Haha..

At the very last minute, the recee was cancelled. Darn! I was looking forward to it liao..Oh Shucks. Thought of working today but mom told me not to. Since I took the day off, why not catch a movie with a friend or maybe go shopping or even jog around Jurong. In that way, I can ease my boredom. Hmm. Alright then, time to fish some company. Have a good day everyone!

Ps: Forgive me for I'm just a normal human being..

First and foremost I would like to apologise for my prolonged absence. I've been busy lately thus no time to update my blog. Besides occupying my time with volunteeirng activities and my never-ending laughter job, I did have some time for my love ones. Last Saturday, I went down to Mami's house to collect my Hari Raya's outfit. Yes I know its still early. Well, its better to start now than never. I bet everything will turn out whimsically bizarre and chaotic if its done at eleventh hour.

Mami and I then went to Arab Street. I accompanied her to Suria Fabric Shop and stopped at Bugis Starbuck to chill out. Had my Java Chip and Mami with her unresistably Chocholate Chip Cream. We talked till its almost 10. Letting out everything that is concealed inside me. Hmmph.. I did shed a few tears but Mami cheered me up. In the train, i had another counseling from her but at every turn she never fails to make me feel so alive and beautiful. I confides to no one but only to Mami Rozita. Now i realised, the power of spoken words made me someone so reserved and hostile towards my own feeling. No point pondering on uncertainty. Let destine decides the path to obsure future.

Alright, enough of all this mushy and emotional moment. The day after (Sunday), I woke up extremely early to accompany Ibu(my biological mother) to granny'R house. Had complex conversation with grand daddy'O. Bla..bla..bla.. until he became confused that he laughed at my gullible nonsense. Then late evening went to Changi Hospital with Dee, my so called bitch-fren, to visit Suriati. My heart sank upon knowing her true illness. Haiz. Thankful that I still have my love ones around me. But Dee just being an idiot. Truly hate her sarcasm remark but Suriati deserved it cos she wont stopped being caustic herself. haha.. love them both..!! i may not know Su well enough but i do salute her spirit of living. Get well soon dear!! Waiting for the day when we all can sing our hearts and shrieking our throats out..

Ps: Forgive me for Im just a normal human being.
