Yesterday was indeed a tiring day. I knocked out right after I got home. In the morning, went jogging with Boyfriend around woodlands area and then had lunch at his place. Boyfriend accompanied me to Siling Secondary. Mr Lim, Officer In-charge of Siling NPCC Unit, warmly welcomes me to his unit. Had a chat with Mr Lim in the office and then Boyfriend bring me around, showing me the NPCC room and notice board.
Then I went down to meet the rest. Seriously, the unit needs a lot of pushing factors to make them stand on their feet. No kidding. Pioneer standard is way better than them. So Siling have to buck up and believe that they too can soar to greater heights. They may not be the best within the area but with every little efforts put in, it goes a long way.
First I would draft a floor plan for the unit inclusive of hierarchy and regulations. They need time to adapt to the changes made though. So most probably after I finish my course this coming April, I will take a few trips down and help with what ever things I can. By then, the cadet leaders would know what to do without any supervision from officers. *pray hard*
Since my documentation is in Pioneer, I still have to stick to my roots although it hurts going back there. Haha.. Just show my face and walk off after debrief. Furthermore they don’t need me. There are more than enough smart brains to bring the unit up.
They would be most delighted if I don’t meddle with their plan. It’s better for me to rot then to see their egos, autocracies and superficies bombing my heads and melt my ears. No offense, it’s the fact. *smile*
